Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 4 Potato (boiled)
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 cup coriender leaves chopped (chopped coriaender)
- 2-3 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil (for frying)

Instructions
- 1- Take 4 medium size boiled potatoes and grate them.
- Pour 1/2 cup water in the vessel heat it add 1 tsp oil to it when it starts boiling turn off flame and add 1/2 cup semolina to the water over it 2 to 3 mins the semolina will puff off.
- Put the puffed semolina in a big mixing bowl. Press to make soft add the grated potatoes and add salt , chilly and mix all ingredients well . Preapre fine dough.
- To make suji crispy kurkure greese your hand with oil. Lift a small lump from the dough Firstly bind it a bit snd a long log with hands . Check if the oil is medium high hot.
- Put the Kurkure to fry keep the mediun hlame high . Keep making and fry them .Make sure you put them to fry 1 by 1 .
- Hot and crispy kurkure is ready
