Instant sprouts & carrot dosa is an excellent way to start a day as it includes mixed sprouts like green gram, black chickpeas, cow peas etc and bansi rava. Easy to prepare and goes delicious with any variety of chutney.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Sprouts (mixed)
- 1/2 Cup Bansi Rava (or wheat, or rava wheat rava)
- 3 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 2 Carrot (grated)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Water (as needed)

Instructions
- Wash and add mixed sprouts in a mixer grinder along with bansi rava, green chillies, ginger piece, grated carrot ans salt.
- Add little water and grind it into fine paste. Batter should not be too thick or thin.
- Heat non stick pan, take one ladle of batter and prepare like regular dosa. Simmer the flame, cover it with a lid and cook it for a minute.
- Flip the other side and cook it again till it gets cooked. Once done, remove from the flame and repeat the process for the remaining batter.
- Serve hot with any variety of Chutney.
