  • Activate the yeast by dissolving it in warm water and sugar. Wait till it froths.
  • Now mix it with the flour, olive oil and salt to form a soft dough.
  • Now keep it in a greased bowl, cover it with cling film and let it rise/proof for 2 hrs.
  • Heat a pan with some oil, add chopped onion.Fry till golden brown and add the ginger garlic paste followed by the boneless chicken.
  • Add the condiments, salt and cook till almost done.
  • Add the boiled corns, saute and keep aside.
  • Roll the dough, put the chicken mixture.Now roll one end of the dough to form a tight roll. Pinch the ends to seal.
  • Coat with olive oil and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Bake at 200℃, in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
