Ingredients
- 3 cups Bread (or flour for the flour)
- 2 tsp Active Yeast (dry)
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil (th)
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 100 gm Boneless Chicken (or curry, or chicken curry chicken)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 cup Corn Kernels (boiled)
- Chilli flakes
- Oregano
- Basil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil

Instructions
- Activate the yeast by dissolving it in warm water and sugar. Wait till it froths.
- Now mix it with the flour, olive oil and salt to form a soft dough.
- Now keep it in a greased bowl, cover it with cling film and let it rise/proof for 2 hrs.
- Heat a pan with some oil, add chopped onion.Fry till golden brown and add the ginger garlic paste followed by the boneless chicken.
- Add the condiments, salt and cook till almost done.
- Add the boiled corns, saute and keep aside.
- Roll the dough, put the chicken mixture.Now roll one end of the dough to form a tight roll. Pinch the ends to seal.
- Coat with olive oil and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 200℃, in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
