Ingredients
- ½ kg Jackfruit
- 2 Onions (chopped )
- 1 Tomato (chopped )
- 1 tablespoon Garlic (chopped )
- 1 tsp Ginger (chopped )
- 1 Green Chillies (chopped or to taste)
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Dry Mango Powder
- ½ tsp Red chili powder (to taste)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil (for deep frying)
- ½ cup Yogurt
- ½ tbsp Coriander (chopped, for garnishing)

Instructions
- Peel and cut the jackfruit into bite sized pieces. Remove the seeds peel them and chop roughly.
- You can remove the seeds and cook them separately too.Boil the jackfruit in salted water until become soft. Remove the excess water.
- Heat the oil and fry Jackfruit until golden brown. Keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan saute chopped onions, garlic and ginger until onion turns golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder and cook for few seconds, add chopped tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
- Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili Powder, garam Masala and chopped green chilies. Mix well and cook for few seconds.
- Add fried jackfruit mix well. Add Yogurt and ¼ cup water or as required mix quickly and thoroughly. Cover the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes (stir in between).
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti or paratha.
