Ingredients
- 250 gm jackfruit (raw )
- 1/2 cup Chana dal (roasted )
- 2 tbsp Coconut flour
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- Oil (for shallow fry)
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Cut the raw jackfruit and cook until soft. Then shallow fry with little salt and turmeric powder. Grind the roasted Chana.
- Take a mixing bowl add mashed jackfruit, roasted Chana powder, coconut flour, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt.
- Mix all together and give cylindrical shape then prick with wooden stick. Bake on direct flame. Make sure all sides should be roasted. Serve with chutney and salad.
