Ingredients
- Mango (2 no medium size raw)
- 1 / Oil ( tblspn)
- Mustard Seeds (rai)
- Cumin Seed (jeera)
- 6 - Garlic ( cloves chopped)
- 3 - Green Chillies ( no chopped)
- 1 - whole wheat flour ( tspn)
- Turmeric Powder (haldi)
- leaves Curry
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 8 - Sugar ( tblspn)
- Jagerry (optional gud)
- to leaves Coriander (garnish)
- Water

Instructions
- Â Boil two raw mangoes in 2 cups of water for about 10-15 mins.
- Once the mangoes are cooked,cool them.
- Squeeze and peel out the pulp completely.
-  If there are small-small lumps of pulp,blend the pulp together so that it is a consistent mixture.
- Take about 1-2 or 1&1/2 teaspoon of wheat flour and add to the mango pulp mixture.
- Whisk or churn them together to mix well. Ensure that no lumps of wheat flour are left.
- Heat 1/2 tblspn oil in  broad vessel. Add mustard & cumin seeds.
- Add the chopped garlic and green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the mango-wheat pulp mixture and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder,salt and sugar.Add 1 cupof water (as reqd)Â mix well and give it a boil.
- If the mangoes are too sour add jaggery along-with sugar.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
