Ingredients
- 2 cup Rice (of boiled)
- 1 bowl Chana (soaked kala)
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 3 Tomato (grinded medium sized)
- Coriander (3 tbsp fresh chopped)
- leaves Masala (2 for bay)
- Cumin Seed (1 tsp)
- Chilli Powder (1 tsp)
- Coriander Powder (1 tsp)
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder ( dry)
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Take a wok add oil let it get hot firstly add sliced onions in it and fry them till they gets crispy and golden brown in colour.Now take out half of the onions and keep them aside for garnishing.
- Now add cumin seeds , bay leaves in the onions and add grinded tomato puree in it.Add all the masalas which are salt,coriander pd,mango pd,sugar,chilli pd and stir it well .
- When you are going to see that the masala is turning little brown add soaked kala chanas into the wok.Stir it nicely till the chana masala starts leaving oil.
- After that take boiled rice and put it into the wok,Stir it very slowly ,so that the rice should not get broken.Add fresh coriander in the pulav.
- The hero of this dish is crispy leftover onions on the top. Garnish it with fried onions and more freshly chopped green coriander.
