Keema ball with riceKeema kaleji is a good combination. I made the keema balls with adding kaleji then covered with rice. I made keema masala with roasted whole spices.

Ingredients
- 200 gm Keema (keema)
- 150 gm Kaleji (kaleji)
- 100 gm Rice (soaked)
- 2 tbsp Papaya (grated)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp Masala (keema)
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add keema, grated papaya, tomato paste, chickpeas flour, Keema masala and salt.
- Mix all together then put it kaleji piece inside the mixed keema. Give round shape and cover with soaked rice.
- Steam the balls then serve with chutney.
