Instructions
 

  • Wash & peel mangoes.
    Lasan-Kacchi Keri Aachar( Garlic - Raw Mango Pickle) - Plattershare - Recipes, food stories and food lovers
  • Crush garlic & ginger separately, crush coarse not in paste form.
  • Now heat oil & saute garlic on slow flame. Then let it cool properly.
  • Mix well all rest of dry ingredients & add two tbsp oil.
  • Add garlic, grated mango & ginger in it.
  • Adjust salt & red chilli powder to your taste.
  • Store in refrigerator.

Recipe Notes

  • You can add more oil if you wish.
