Ingredients
- 100 gm whole wheat flour
- Refined Flour (maida - 50 gm)
- 50 gm Almond Flour (powder)
- 400 gm Mango Puree
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Butter (for grease the machine)
- 3 tbs Mango (fresh chopped)
- Whipped Cream (or mango, or coconut mango coconut whipped)
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- Coconut (optional, or mango mango and fluid gel shape for garnish)

Instructions
- In a bowl sieve together wheat flour, refined flour, almonds powder, baking powder and mix it well.
- Add the mango puree little at a time and whisk the mixture to avoid lumps, use all puree and make a batter. ( batter should not be thick or thin it should be of medium consistency)
- Grease the waffle machine with butter and pour the mixture on waffle plate and cover it.
- Cook mango waffles till it be golden brown in the color.
- Pour equal mango puree and coconut milk into the whipp cream charger and charge it. Let it be cool in refrigerator for 15 minutes
- Serve hot Mango Waffle with chopped free mango chunks and coconut - Mango whipped cream. Or one can serve with milk also.
