  • wash and cur the jackfruit ,dry roast the cumin,coriander,cinemon,bay leaf and black paper.and grind in grinder.
  • now marinate the jack fruit with lemon juice ,grinded masala,1/2 tsp oil,1 tsp ginger,garlic paste,green chilli .keep it for 1/2 an hour. now heat the oil in heavy bottom pan or pressure cooker ,roast fenugreek seeds and Asafoetida.
  • now cook the onion till golden, now add turmeric,red chili powder and coriander powder and roast . now add the jack fruit and roast it. Now add 1 cup water and cook on low flame for 15 minutes . garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with parat
