  • Heat a pan with some oil. Add the chopped onion and saute until golden Brown in colour.
  • Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Then add the tomato puree.
  • Add the powdered masalas, salt and cook until the masala leaves oil.
  • Then add the Kasuri methi and cook for few more minutes..
  • Then add the milk for the gravy and let this boil. Then add the paneer cubes and mix well. Check for seasoning and serve.
