  • Boil the potatoes with the skin on. Thinly slice the onions. Peel off the skin and mash the potatoes. Add salt and green chillies to the mash.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Tear up a dried chilli and add in the oil and then wait a few seconds.
  • Add in the onions and fry them.
  • After the onions turn golden brown add in the mashed potatos and fry them.
