Ingredients
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 1/2 leaves Coriander (or ginger ginger)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Red Chillies (green chily)
- Whole Wheat Flour (atta - 2 cups)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 / Cumin Seed (garam masala - tsp each)
- 1 / Dry Mango Powder (amchur - tsp dry)
- 1 tsp Oil
- Desi Ghee

Instructions
- Grind peas, corinader leaves, ginger, cloves, chilly in a grinder jar and grind to form a paste. Knead a firm dough with peas paste and all the spices and flour. Rest the dough for 15 min.
- Roll out parathas with desi ghee and serve hot with curd and pickle.
