About Minced Meat With Eastern Condiments - Beef Ularthu Masala

This is my fourth product review for Eastern Condiments. This time, I tried their BEEF ULARTHU Masala. I came across this masala through my best friend, who used to say that beef prepared with this masala is unbeatable in Kerala. However, I had never tried it before.
Now, I finally got a chance to try out this recipe when I received a packet of this masala from Eastern Condiments for a product review. However, I have never handled beef in my kitchen, and I may try it in the future. So, I decided to prepare the dish using minced lamb/goat meat instead.
We all loved the taste! The minced meat turned out soft and spongy, with an attractive color and a delightful aroma. So, I highly recommend giving this masala a try—it's perfect for making an amazing side dish for a delicious lunch.
