Ingredients
- 250 gm Green Chillies (long less spicy)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 5 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 2 tbsp Cumin Seed
- 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 1 Lemon Juice (whole)
- 1/3 cup Oil

Instructions
- Roast all the seeds in pan on high flame for 2min Grind it into fine powder.
- Cut each chilies into 4 pieces.
- Heat oil inn kadhai and add the prepared achari powder in heated oil let them fry on low flame for minute. Now add chilies in pan and saute for 2minutes on low flame.
- Cover the lid n cook for 10minutes on low flame till it done. Add lemon juice and mix gently.
- Serve this mirch ka achar with you meal.
