- 1 Apple
- 4 to 5 piece Beetroot
- 2 Oranges
- 1 Gooseberry (Small )

Instructions
- Chop the apples into small pieces
- Peel the oranges
- Chop the gooseberry into small pieces (Separate the seed)
- Chop the beetroot into pieces (Take 4 to 5 pieces required for the juice)
- Add the above fruits and vegetables into juicer or mixer jar
- Blend it for about 5 minutes
- Serve it in a glass and have a energetic day.
