Sometimes I get puzzled about what to make for breakfast. I thought of a recipe similar to dosa, but I wanted a non-fermented, instant version.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Flour (or urad urad)
- ¼ cup Semolina
- ¼ cup Rice Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Coconut Chutney

Instructions
- Make a thin batter with all these ingredients and adding little water. Then oil brush the griddle and spread the batter.
- Apply coconut chutney then fold and serve with any combination.
