About Muffin time

Muffin I made these muffin with more veggies, cheese, millet flour, olive oil and egg. Without egg also muffin can be made. Bake at 170 degree for 20 minutes.

  • Saute the green veggies with little olive oil and salt.

  • Add millet flour, sweet corn, black pepper and mixed herbs. Give a oil brush muffin mould fill the cooked veggies.

  • Beat the eggs with guava juice then pour into the veggies. Bake the muffins on preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170 degree Celsius.

  • After 20 minutes remove the muffins and serve. It can be served as a snack or can be packed for tiffin box.
