Ingredients
- 100 gm Flour (refine)
- 4 piece Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Curd
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 250 gm Mutton (minced)
- 1/2 cup Onion Paste
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add flour baking soda curd and salt. Knead a smooth dough and keep aside for half an hour.
- Now add oil in a heated frying pan add onion paste ginger garlic paste fry till brown. Then add mutton minced stir fry. Cover with a lid. After 10 minutes add salt red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. It should not wet. Cook it dry.
- Now spread dough like a chapati. Egg should be blend. Give a egg brush and fill in centre with keema. Fold four sides. Again egg brush both sides.
- Now shallow fry in a heated frying pan add oil to fry. Again egg brush and fry till brown.
- Serve with fresh onion and green chutney.
