About Mushroom Korma
Mushroom is a plant based diet. Mushroom has powerful antioxidant called selenium which helps to prevent damage to cells and tissues. It also supports to our immune system. It has low calorie, good sources of fibre and protein. Mushroom is loaded with calcium with strength our bone prevent from osteoporosis.
Normally people use mushroom in soup recipe and other simple recipe. Here I made the korma recipe with mushroom.

Ingredients
- 200 gm Mushroom
- 25 gm Green Peas
- 1/4 cup Fried Onion
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp cashew paste
- 1 tbsp Couscous Paste
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tbsp Clarified Butter
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Rub the mushroom with refine flour and wash with warm water.
- Take a pan heat add oil, then garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder.
- Saute all these masala, then add tomato paste, stir continuously.
- Now add green peas, mushroom stir continuously. Mushroom is watering, close the lid for a minute.
- Now add fried onion, cashew nuts paste, couscous paste, garam masala, chopped green chilli and salt.
- Again mix all together. Take a tempering pan add clarified butter and Kashmiri mirch heat and immediately put off the flame.
- Pour into the mushroom korma and you will find the bright colour. Now ready to serve.

It can be served chapati /paratha / naan/ pulao
