Once my friend called me and asked "how many kebab do you know" I told her my capability. Then she said what is mushroom kebab. I said okay I'll give you a treat. I am sharing the same recipe with you.

Ingredients
- 100 gm Mushroom (finely chopped)
- 1 cup Roasted Bengal Gram Powder (roasted bengal powder)
- 1/2 cup Soya Granules (soaked)
- 1/2 cup Onion Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Masala (all ground)
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder (dried)
- Oil (as required)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Take a frying pan, add oil then add onion paste, fry until it turns brown.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped mushroom, soaked soya granules.
- Season with salt and black pepper powder, mango powder and all ground masala as listed in the ingredient list below. Saute it. Then add roasted bengal gram powder.
- Mix well and divide into equal size ball. . Press with both hand to give the shape of Kebab insert it into the stick.
- Shallow fry and serve with tea/ coffee
