This recipe I had seen posted by Rita Arora ji wat all ingredients she had used I used the same . I had given a slight twist in my dough by adding mixed Italian herbs.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Maize Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 cup Refined Flour
- 1 tsp Italian Herbs (mixed)
- 1 tsp Oil
- Oil (for frying)
- 2 to Tomato (pressure cooked)
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Chillies
- 1-2 piece Garlic
- 1 tsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 piece Mango (of raw)
- 1-2 Spring Onions (chopped)
- 1-2 leaves Coriander (chopped)

Instructions
- In a bowl add maize flour, refined flour,salt,mixed italian herbs,oil, an make a dough an keep aside
- Pressure cook the tomatoes,peel the skin,add onion, green chillies,raw mango piece, garlic pieces ,tomato sauce an grind it . Then add salt, chopped coriander leaves, spring onions an serve
- Take a rolling board take a small piece of dough an roll it like roti shape. Then with the help of the knife cut it how u see chakra in a wheel. Then prick it with fork on both the sides an deep fry it till crispy
- Then place it in a bowl an serve with the sauce
Recipe Notes
If you don’t have maize flour ,you can use left over rotis for making nachos . It would give an indiaI touch to the dish
