Neer dosa literally meaning water dosa in Tulu Language is a crepe prepared from rice batter. Neer dosa is a delicacy from Karnataka cuisine. It is very simple recipe does not require fermentation. Served hot with sambar, chutney and veg, non-veg curries.

Instructions
- Soak rice in water overnight. Next day blend the same along with fresh grated coconut in blender till smooth batter. Add water if required while grinding
- Add salt and water slowly adjust the consistency of the batter to ensure it is thin, water like.
- In a nonstick pan drizzle oil. Spread all over with rubber spatula. Wipe it with kitchen towel.
- Pour a ladle full or two, batter evenly in a circular motion into round shape
- Cover it with a plate for 4-5 seconds. Remove plate and flip it when the edges begin to rise from the pan.
- Drizzle some oil. Cook it from other side too. Drizzle some oil.
- Serve hot with coconut coriander chutney or tea, coffee.

- Make sure that batter is thin while preparing neer dosas.
