Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong (ingredients for wafflesâ sprout)
- 1 cup Palak (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Green Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 cup Coriander (chopped)
- 2 tsp Mint (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil (for greasing)
- 1 tbsp Raagi Flour
- 1 tbsp Soyabean Flour
- 1 tbsp Besan
- 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 2 cup Hung Curd (or yogurt ingredients for fruity yogurt)
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Strawberry (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Green Grapes (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Black Grapes (chopped)
- 1 cup Banana (chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Coriander (chopped)
- 1 tsp Mint (chopped)

Instructions
- Method for waffles – firstly churn the moong sprout in mixer grinder and put it in a bowl
- Mix all the ingredients well one by one in it
- Spread oil in waffles maker and make the waffles by putting this better in it
- Method for fruity yoghurt – Mix all the chopped ingredients in the yogurt
- Add some jeera powder, salt and sugar and make the yogurt
- Serve it with the waffles
Recipe Notes
- The combination of waffles and yogurt in the breakfast will be more tasty.
- We can take multigrain flour instead of different flour.
