About Orange And Raspberry Water Recipe For A Detox Drink
This orange and raspberry infused water is a great recipe for a detox drink. Fruits like oranges contain limonoids, a type of compound that helps to flush out the fat from your system. Raspberries are loaded with antioxidants, they help in keeping you young from inside while you enjoy your mildly flavoured water, thus encouraging you to drink more of it.

Ingredients
- 1 ltr Water (plain drinking water)
- 1/2 cup raspberries (small, I used frozen ones)
- 1 orange (large, cut in slices with rind intact)

Instructions
- In a large glass jar add in plain water, add in orange slices along with washed and cleaned raspberries.
- Stir in all the additions into the water so that they don't settle at the bottom of the jar.
- Cover the jar with a lid and allow this water to be infused with all the goodness of the blueberries and oranges. Allow to steep at least for 6 hours, but overnight is preferred. You may refrigerate the jar of water as well.
- The next morning pour out the water into a drinking glass, and drink instead of plain water or high calorie sodas.
- You can use the same ingredients by changing the water two times, after which, discard all the ingredients and make a fresh batch.
- *Do make sure to change the orangess after four hours, else the rind releases oil and your water will turn bitter.
