Oven roasted baby potatoes are spicy, different and make a good accompaniment with lunchor dinner.. They are fun to be eaten by itself and children will surely enjoy them.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Baby Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Wash and clean the baby potatoes. Pat dry.
- Take all the ingredients except potatoes in a wide bowl. Mix them well.
- Marinate the potatoes in the mixture for half an hour.
- Heat the oven. Drizzle some oil on the tray. Put the potatoes into them and bake them for ten minutes.
- Turn them around and again bake them for another five minutes. They should turn gold brown and well roasted.
- Serve it along with lunch as an accompaniment.
