Ingredients
- 250 gm Chicken
- 2 cups Spinach (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Onion (sliced)
- 1 Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 2 cloves ............ 2-3
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 Coriander Powder (tsps)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder (optional)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 3 tbsps Oil

Instructions
- Wash the chicken and set it aside. Heat oil in a pan and add the whole spices mentioned in the list. When they give out an aroma tip in the sliced onions and saute.
- Next add the ginger garlic paste, tomato and green chillies. Stir fry.
- Add the spinach and salt. Saute a little to mix everything.
- Add the chicken pieces and the spice powders. Saute for 2 minutes. Simmer to cook on low flame. Sprinkle a little water if needed.
