Ingredients
- 200 gm Paneer (â)
- 1 Onion (medium sized â)
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Green Chillies
- 2 cup Coriander (chopped)
- 2 tsp Oil
- Cumin Seed (jeera – 1 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add the cumin seeds, chopped onions and the ginger garlic paste fry till brown.
- Add the chopped chillies and tomatoes, fry till the tomatoes become soft and pulpy.
- Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder and little water to cook and combine all the ingredients.
- Add grated Paneer and salt cook for 5 to 7 minutes or till the Paneer mix with the cooked masala and start living some oil.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti, paratha or with brown bread.
