Ingredients
- 2 cup Paneer (grated)
- 1/2 cup Potato (raw, grated)
- 1/2 cup Bitter gourd (raw, grated)
- 1/2 cup Carrot (raw, grated)
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- 1 tbsp cashews
- 1 tbsp Apricots
- 2 tbsp Coconut powder
- 4 to 5 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon Chilli flakes
- 5 to 6 Basil leaves (or tulsi leaves )
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seed
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (for frying)
- 2 tbsp Corn Flakes (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Lemon drops

Instructions
- Mix paneer and all vegetables together. Now in a nonstick pan sauté dry fruits and make a powder. Mix this in paneer vegetables mixture.
- Add coconut powder, salt cumin seeds, chilly, chilly flakes, crushed basil leaves, lemon drops
- Now give this mixture heart shape. Cover them with cornflakes and bread crumbs. Deep fry. Serve this with green tangy sauce.
