Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Paneer
- 1 ltr Milk
- strands Kesar (some)
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1/3 cup Badam (powder coarsely grind )
- 3 tbsp Sugar ( or as your taste)
- Rose Petals (cherry for decorâ)

Instructions
- Take a pan add milk and give it a boil.
- Add cardamom powder or kesar mix and reduce milk until get one third.
- When milk get reduced than add crumbled Paneer- and badam powder.
- Now reduce heat and churn with blender 10 sec.
- Again put the pan on heat and give it a boil and off flame.
- Now cool it on room temperature.now fill kulfi mould ,chill in freezer fir 6 to 8 hour
- Serve chilled with decorate with cherry or rose petals.
