Paneer kulcha is very soft and tasty. It is easy to carry as a tiffin. Paneer itself has no taste but after seasoning or after cooking it becomes tastier. I made the kulcha with paneer fillings. Then served with cranberry potato curry.

Ingredients
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Paneer
- ½ tsp Onion Seeds
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Water (or curd)
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Make a dough with flour, salt, baking powder and curd water. Then keep rest for 10 hours.
- Mash the paneer add salt, chopped green chillies and onion seeds. Mix all together.
- After 10 hours take the dough divide in equal quantity. Spread the dough fill with mashed paneer. Again spread with rolling pin.
- Bake on griddle it will swell then apply butter. Serve with any combination. I served with cranberry potato curry.
