Ingredients
- 150 gm Paneer
- 1/2 cup mashed potato
- 1/2 cup Green Peas (boiled)
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- Clarified Butter (for shallow fry)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (or dough for dough)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Make a dough with wheat flour and keep aside. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Paneer, mashed potato, boiled green peas, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and salt.
- Fill the mixture in the dough. Then shallow fry with ghee, both sides evenly cooked.
- Serve with veg curry or non-veg curry. You can carry the paratha while you are traveling. Can be in your tiffin box for school, college, office and picnic.
