Ingredients
- 2 cup Paneer (cut into)
- 1 inch Onion (medium sized cut into)
- 1 inch Capsicum (deseeded cut into)
- 3 Mustard Oil (tbspn)
- 1 Ginger Paste (tspn)
- 1 Garlic Paste (tspn)
- 1/2 cup Hung Curd
- 1 red chili powder (tspn)
- 1 Coriander Powder (tspn)
- 1 Kasuri Methi (tspn)
- 1 Chaat Masala (tspn)
- 1/2 Garam Masala (tspn)
- 2 Pizza Base (medium size)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
- 1 Oregano (tspn)
- 1/2 Chilli flakes (tspn)
- 4 Pizza Sauce (tbspn or as required)
- 2 Olive Oil (tspn)
- 4 Pizza Sauce (tbspn)

Instructions
- In a bowl add mustard oil , ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, Garam masala, chat masala, hung curd and kasuri methi.
- Now to it toss the paneer and mix well so that the paneer cubes are very well coated with the mixture.
- Marinate the mixture for half an hour or maximum upto couple of hours
- Preheat oven to 220C and skewer the paneer with capsicum and onion in between
- Place tge skewers on a cooking rack and bake for 15 minutes turning it upside down in between
- Grease the baking pan with olive oil and place pizza base on it .
- Now apply pizza sauce and place paneer tikka cubes . And place capsicum and onion. Cover it with grated mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle oregano and re chilli flake
- Place the pizza base and bake it for 15 mins or till the cheese turns brown or till the base has been cooked.
- Paneer tikka pizza is ready .
