Ingredients
- 300 ml Milk (full fat, chilled )
- 1½ tbsp brown sugar (or honey)
- 4 tbsp peanut butter (creamy )
- 250 ml ice cream (vanilla )

Instructions
- Blend milk, peanut butter and sugar/honey in a blender jar for 20 seconds until smooth.
- Add vanilla ice cream and blend for 20 to 25 seconds until you get a creamy texture.
- Transfer to a serving glass and serve.
- Optionally top with a dollop of whipped cream and chopped nuts of your choice.

Note:
- Adjust milk, peanut butter, and sugar according to your taste.
- Variations: a)Replace vanilla ice cream with chocolate ice cream to make a chocolate peanut butter milkshake. b)Replace sugar with a medium sized banana to make a banana peanut butter milkshake.
- If you want to skip ice cream increase milk, sugar and peanut butter proportionally, but I bet your will fall in love with the inclusion of vanilla ice cream.
