Pepper chicken is a delicious, mouth-watery recipe which everyone could try easily. Super apt for lunch & dinner. I'm sure everyone would love the way it tastes. Couldn't ask for a much better chicken side-dish.

Ingredients
- 3 Onions
- 15 teaspoon Tumeric powder
- 12 teaspoon Garam Masala
- Salt (as per taste)
- 2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 bunch Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 15 teaspoon Fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 12 kg Chicken
- 3-4 Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- First, pour 2-3 teaspoons of oil into the vessel. Add 14 teaspoon of fennel seeds. Add 3 finely chopped onions and saute for 2 mins in low flame. Add curry leaves. Add ginger & garlic paste 2 teaspoon each and saute till raw smell goes.
- Add required amount of salt to it. Add 14 teaspoon of tumeric power & 12 teaspoon of garam masala powder. Saute well. Then, add chicken (12 kg) to it and mix well. Pour a little amount water in a small cup. Also add required salt to it.
- Then, close the vessel with a lid and let it boil for about 20 minutes in low flame. Then after 20 mins, open it and if incase there is water keep it on high flame for about 5-8 mins, so the water gets absorbed completely.
- Then add the grinded mixture. Grinded mixture:- Take 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds in a vessel and roast it for 2 mins & then pour into mixie jar any grind it to powder completely. Mixture is ready!
- Now add mixture and saute well. Yummy Pepper chicken is ready finally !!!
