Pick up baby potatoesBaby potatoes are very tasty when masala mixed properly. I made a masala paste with tomato, onion, garlic, raw turmeric, green chillies and ginger. I added beetroot paste to give a gorgeous colour just to make it attractive. Sometimes it can be easily served in party or sometimes as a starter.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Baby Potatoes (boiled)
- 2 tbsp Masala (Paste)
- 1 tbsp Beetroot (or paste paste)
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1-2 Green Chillies
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Make a masala paste with tomato, onion, garlic, raw turmeric, green chillies and ginger.
- Heat mustard oil add the masala paste saute for a few minutes. Add beetroot paste, boiled baby potatoes and salt.
- Stir fry for a few minutes then switch off the flame squeeze lemon juice.
- Arrange the cooked baby potatoes sprinkle coconut flour and serve with tooth pick.
