Pixar-Style Ratatouille is a artistic way of presentation of very simple and healthy Italian recipe with lots of vegetables. Here I submitted this recipe as a weight loss recipe. When we hear 'diet' all of us think first low fat, low carb food. This recipe is appropriate for weight loss program. Sometimes diet becomes boring, starving and not that much interested due to less variation of food. At that point this recipe becomes interesting and healthy option. This is a confit byaldi -Ratatouille version-Disney's animated movie ).

Ingredients
- slice Vegetable (for)
- 1 Zucchini (medium size)
- 1 Squash (yellow medium size)
- 2 Aubergine (medium size)
- 2 Tomato (medium size)
- Sauce (charred bell pepper sauce for)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (medium size)
- 1 Onion (medium size)
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 / Vegetable (which remains after slices- cup cuts)
- 1/4 cup Vegetable (stoke)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp Thyme (dried)
- 1/4 tsp Herbs (mix)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tomato (medium size)
- Other Ingredients- (other ingredients)
- 1/4 tsp Olive Oil
- Rosemary (for garnish)
- 2 cup Water
- sticks Serving (or bread multigrain bread for as accompany)

Instructions
- Make small cut on tomatoes top and bottom side.blanch it for 30 seconds.Remove from boiling water and put in cold water.peel the skin of tomatoes. Keep two tomatoes for sauce. Make thin slice of remaining tomatoes .
- Slice other vegetables.( Make thin slice with use of mandolin or knife)
- Put red bell pepper on gas and char grill it. Remove black or Burnt skin.roughly chop it.
- Heat a pan with olive oil on medium heat.add chopped onion, garlic,sauté for two minutes.add chopped bell pepper,vegetable cuts,tomatoes, vegetable stock, and season with salt,pepper,thyme,mix herbs.cook for 5-7 minuets. Or until softened.
- Transfer cooked sauce mixture in a blender.blend until it becomes smooth.
- Take a oval bake dish.spread prepared sauce in bottom.Now arrange vegetable slice in sequence .Bake Ratatouille in preheated oven on 225 degree Celsius for 90 minuets.
- Take out layer of Ratatouille and arrange in seving dish with sauce and bread sticks.
