Potato And Minced paneer recipe is an easy peasy recipe but something different from the regular paneer dishes. This recipe is prepared with potato and minced paneer with Masala spices. A delicious and flavourful dish.

Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 1 cup Paneer (minced)
- 1 large Onion (chopped)
- 1 to Tomato (chopped)
- 1 tsp Pepper (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1 Small Bay Leave (bay leave)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Water (as required)
- 2 Red Chillies (green)
- 1-2 Spring Onion Greens (chopped)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and bay leaves and let it crackle.
- Add onions, chillies,ginger garlic paste and saute till onion turns soft. Add tomatoes and fry till tomato turns mushy.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, half of crushed pepper, salt and saute for a min.
- Add the potatoes and fry for 5-10 mins. Then add the minced paneer and cooked for another few mins.
- Add some water and cook for about 5 mins or till the gravy reaches your required consistency.
- Add the Garam Masala powder and give a quick stir. Sprinkle the remaining crushed pepper and chopped spring onion greens and take off the heat.
