Ingredients
- 2 Potato (peeled and cut into julienne)
- 1/4 cup Mixed Dal (soaked)
- 10 Beans (cut into cm size)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 3 Green Chillies (slit)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them crackle.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for a min. Add the onion and green chillies and fry till onion turns soft. Add the tomatoes and fry till mushy.
- Add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, Salt and fry for a min.
- Add the potatoes, beans, dal, kasuri methi and mix well. Cover the pan and fry on low heat stirring every 2-3 mins to prevent burning and even cooking.
- Fry till everything is cooked completely which will take around 15-20 mins. Do not add water.
- You can add some chopped coriander leaves, give a quick stir and take off the heat.
