Ingredients
- 2 wedge Potato
- 1 Onion (cut into cubes medium size)
- 4 slice Green Chillies (length)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 5 pods Garlic (nos finely chopped)
- 1 inch Ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar (optional)
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds (or garnishing for garnishing)
- Oil (for deep fry)
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch (or water water)

Instructions
- Heat oil in wok, deep fry potato wedges till it done crisp. Transfer it on absorbing paper.
- In another pan heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Leave 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok. Stir fry ginger and garlic for minute on low medium flame.
- Add onion and saute till it get soft or transparent.
- Add green chilies, salt, red chili sauce, vinegar and mix it.
- Add melted cornstarch and honey in it. Mix it really well.
- Add fried potatoes n saute well. Add sesame seeds n mix gently. Switch off the flame.
- You are done. Serve this hot as starter.
Recipe Notes
Use less spicy chillies.
Avoid green chilies If u r making this recipe for kids.
