Ingredients
- 5 Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 sprig Curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 teaspoon Red Chili powder

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, add them whole to the pressure cooker. Cook for 3 whistles. Let the pressure release by itself. Cut into big pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add the curry leaves and after few seconds add the potatoes, salt and turmeric powder.
- Mix well, reduce the heat to low and roast for 5-10 mins. Stir them frequently.
- Add the chilly powder, mix well and roast further for 10-15 mins, stirring them frequently.
- You will notice that the potatoes are nicely brown and crisp from all sides, take off the flame and enjoy.
