About Potato Sticks With Jackfruit Seeds
One medium sized potato with skin has just 110 calories. It has no fat, sodium or cholesterol. It has vitamin- C, vitamin B-6, fibre, iron and potassium. Potato provides Carbohydrates and energy which we need whole day.
Jackfruit seeds are eatable. It has nutritional value. When jackfruit becomes matured, seeds also become hard. They can roast on heated sand. They can turn into flour, they can boil and used in curry with veg or non-veg. Seeds have also been used in traditional medicine to help with digestion and treat diarrhoea.
Here I have given a twist with potato and jackfruit seeds. This can be served as a snacks.

Ingredients
- 15 -20 Potatoes (sliced finger cuts)
- 1 cup Jackfruit Seeds (mashed)
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 cup Fried Onion
- Chaat Masala (for sprinkle)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Take big sized potato cut like fingers. Dipped in normal water excess starch will come out. Then dipped in boiling water for a few seconds. Take out spread into a plate.
- Cut onion in a Julian style and deep fry. Take out and keep separate.
- Boil the jackfruit seeds with 2- 3 whistle.
- After cooling peel off the skin.
- Mash the boiled seeds.
- Add rice flour to as a binding and cryspy.
- Wrap the potato sticks with mashed seeds.
- Deep fry the potato sticks.
- Serve with fried onion Barista.
- Sprinkle with chat masala. It can be served as snacks.
