Ingredients
- 2 cups Phool Makhana (Fox Nuts)
- 2 tsp mint leaves (chopped )
- 1 tsp Butter (or low fat substitute)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (freshly ground )
- Himalayan Pink Salt (as per taste)

Instructions
- Heat the butter in a shallow vessel.
- Add the mint leaves and fry them on a low flame till they turn crisp.
- Add the phool makhana and roast on a low flame for 6-7 mins.
- Remove from flame and sprinkle freshly ground pepper and Himalayan pink salt. Toss to coat evenly.
