Ingredients
- 1 gm Flour (or besan for pakora besan)
- 2 tbsp Onion (diced)
- 2 tbsp Potato
- 2 tbsp Cauliflower (grated)
- 1 pinch Carom Seeds (or ajwain ajwain)
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1 pinch Baking Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 leaves Coriander (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 cup Curd (for kadhi)
- 2 gm Flour
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (red)
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 Dried Red Chilliy - 2 (dried red chilliy)
- 1 pinch Cumin Seeds
- 1 pinch fenugreek seeds (or fenugreek fenugreek m)
- 1 pinch Mustard Seeds
- 1 pinch asafoetida (asofetida)
- Ginger (garlic paste - 1 tsp)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat enough oil in a kadai and pour one tbsp besan batter in the hot oil. Deep fry all the pakora in hot oil until golden in color. Simmer after we dropped all the pakora and cook in medium flame until done.Now pakora is ready.
- For kadhi we add gram flour ,curd,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and 5 cup of water and mix well. Heat oil in a kadai.Add dried red chilli,asofetida ,cumin seeds,mustard seeds and fenugreek/methi seeds to crackle.
- Add ginger,garlic paste and stir fry for few seconds. Add coriander powder and red chilli powder and saute for one mins. Add grem flour and curd mixture cook on medium flame till the gravy become thick.
- b Cook for 7 - 8 mins.Kadhi is now ready add the fried pakora and salt to this kadhi. Serve with steamed rice.
