Ingredients
- 2 to matoes (Chopped)
- 2 Banana Shallots (Chopped)
- 1 Carrot (Chopped)
- 4 to 5 Beans (Chopped)
- 1 Bell Pepper (Chopped)
- 5 to 6 Baby Corn (Chopped)
- 2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
- Salt
- Chilli Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- cashews
- Water
- One cup Quinoa

Instructions
- Switch on the Stove Keep the Kadai on the stove. Add Two Tablespoons of Oil Add Jeera and Chopped Green Chillies fry for sometime Then Add Cashew Nuts fry all for sometime.
- In this step fry the Onions and Bell Peppers by adding Salt, Chilli Powder and Turmeric Powder.
- Once the Onions and Bell peppers are Cooked. Now Add Baby Corn,Carrots and Beans, combine them and let it cook for sometime. Shift the Mixture into a bowl
- Add the chopped tomatoes into the mixer grinder Grind it for about a minute Tomato Puree is ready!!!
- Add the onions and fry till it softens with little salt. Now Add Tomato Puree and cook for sometime Then Add Washed Quinoa One glass of water Close the lid and boil it for sometime
- Add the fried vegetables to the quinoa and mix it Leave it for sometime in the low flame Then Switch off the Stove Shift it to the plate or bowl of your choice
