Ingredients
- 1 cup Ragiâ Flourâ - 1 Cup (ragiâ flourâ)
- 1 cup Wheatâ Flourâ - 1 Cup (wheatâ flourâ)
- 2 Potatoesâ - 2 Boiled And Peeled (potatoesâ boiled and peeled)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Desi Ghee (or oil oil for frying)
- to Water (or flour as required knead the flour)

Instructions
- In a bowl add the boiled potatoes and finely mash them.
- Add in salt, about 2 tsp of ghee and ½ cup water. Mix well.
- Add the wheat flour and ragi flour mix well and knead to form a stiff dough adding water little by little at a time.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Take one ball and roll them into pooris.
- Heat the ghee in a deep frying pan.
- In low-medium heat drop the poori in hot ghee, press on the top using a slotted spoon.
- It will puff up, now flip them over and fry on other side for few mins. Drain and serve.
