Raita with sabjaSabja seeds are rich in fibre. It is known as Basil seeds, tukmaria and black the contain soluble fibre control blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Sabja seeds very easy to consume. Soak for thirty minutes or overnight then use in any form. Here I made raita with sabja seeds. No cooking it is easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Hung Curd
- ½ cup Cucumber (grated)
- 2 tsp Sabja Seeds
- 2 tsp Almonds (or raisin, or paste raisin paste)
- ¼ tsp Black Salt
- ¼ tsp Moringa Masala

Instructions
- Take a bowl beat the curd, add grated cucumber, soaked sabja, almond raisin paste and black salt.
- Mix all these ingredients. Again add soaked sabja and sprinkle with moringa masala. Raita is ready to serve.
