Mango pickle is a very common and popular recipe. Pickle means food becomes more tasty. Different states and different regions have different process. Every season I also prepare different types of pickle because of my daughter. Here I am sharing with you raw Mango pickle. I used five spices masala which is a signature of Bengal.

Ingredients
- 1 kg Mango (raw)
- 2 tsp Turmeric Paste
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander Powder (roasted)
- 2 tbsp Five Spices Masala (roasted)
- 1 tsp powdered Jaggery
- 1/2 Asafoetida Powder (hing)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Oil (as you need)

Instructions
- Bring fresh raw mango. Cut them into small pieces.
- Take mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. Continuously three days mix upwards to downwards.
- Then pour into a glass jar. After a week it will ready to serve along with food.
