Ingredients
- 1 cup Sooji (upma)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 cup Coriander (of chopped)
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 5to6 leaves Curry
- 1 tsp Channel Ki Dal (channel ki dal)
- 1 tsp Green Chillies (or paste paste)
- 1 Carrot (grated)
- 5to6 Beans (chopped)
- Oil (for frying)
- Pinch Chaat Masala (of pd)
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds

Instructions
- Dry roast the upma sooji , till it becomes hot an doesn't get burned. Then in a kadai add oil, add mustard seeds,curry leaves,channe ki dal, fry till light pink.
- Then add the chopped onions,green chillies paste(depends how much spicy you want) fry nicely,then add tomatoes fry nicely till oil comes out. Then add the chopped coriander leaves, carrots,beans an mix well.Then add the water&lime juice &salt
- Bring the water to a boil,then add the upma sooji an stirring it slowly so that the lumps don't form . Keep stirring till it leaves it's sides. Then in another plate grease it with oil,ll over.
- Then add the upma mixture an spread it all over an refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Then after taking it out from refrigerator cut it in shape an dip in sooji an deep fry it. After it's removed in the plate. Sprinkle chat masala over it &serve
Recipe Notes
If you don’t want to use vegetables you can skip it. What ever upma you make let it be without tomatoes or with tomatoes it tastes awesome. Green chillies paste add according to it’s spicyness
